When individuals or organizations receive grant awards from The Oregon Arts Commission, each receive a grant agreement to sign and return as well as information on final reports and the use of Oregon Arts Commission and National Endowment for the Arts logos. The Oregon Arts Commission collects information and data to actively and effectively advocate for increased public and private support for the arts. The collected information is reported to a number of interested parties including the Oregon's Legislature, the National Endowment for the Arts and the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies.

All publicity, visual or oral, for projects or organizations receicing operating support shall be accompanied by the Oregon Arts Commission logo and this language: "This project (or our season) is supported in part by a grant from the Oregon Arts Commission and the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency." [for organizations only - different language for individuals]
